PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board acting as the Board of Health will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, January 5th, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. at the Town Hall regarding the septic application of Natalia Zubieta, 23 Locust Grove Rd., Tax Map #152.-1-35 for a variance of Chapter 54, Appendix A 310.3-Variance of separation requirements for replacement of a septic system.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that all interested parties will be heard at this time and place.
